Everything below is inside the quote. If something falls outside it, we say so before the work starts rather than putting it on the invoice afterwards.

How many people fit in each bus?
The Coaster seats 30 comfortably, the Hiace 14. For anything larger we run two vehicles rather than squeezing a group into one.
Is fuel included in the price?
Yes, for the route we quoted. If the day runs long or the route changes, we agree the extra with you before the bus moves rather than sending a bill afterwards.
Can we keep the same driver every day?
On a monthly contract, yes. It is the main reason a shuttle stops needing to be explained every morning.
What if the bus breaks down?
We send a replacement. That is the point of hiring from a company rather than from one man with one vehicle.
Do you travel out of state?
Yes. Out-of-state trips are quoted with the driver’s accommodation included, so the number you see is the number you pay.
