How fast will I hear back?
Someone reads every brief the day it lands and replies with a scoped quote inside one working day. Send it on a Friday evening and you will hear on Monday. Anything genuinely urgent should be a phone call rather than a form.
Do you charge for a site visit or a quote?
No. We visit, measure or count what we need, and quote from that. You only pay once you have accepted a number in writing.
Can I hire one service on its own?
Yes. Most clients start with one: a bus contract, or cleaning, or a single shoot. Adding the others later is easy, because it is the same account manager.
Do you work outside Lagos?
We do, on a project basis, and we are straight about travel and accommodation costs up front. Crews permanently based outside Lagos are a 2027 plan, not something we will claim today.
What do you need in order to quote accurately?
Floor area or floor count for cleaning, a route and headcount for transport, and a venue and guest number for a shoot. Rough figures are fine; we sharpen them on the visit.
How do payments work?
Projects are normally part payment on acceptance and the balance on completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Everything goes through the registered company account.
