Sanitation
Washrooms, kitchens and canteens on a daily or weekly roster, with consumables restocked before anyone has to ask twice.
Pest control
Roaches, rodents, mosquitoes and termites, treated with NAFDAC-approved chemicals. Up to 3weeks follow-up to catch the hatch.
How it is usually bookedUsually a monthly retainer with 2 to 6 crew. One-off deep cleans are fine too.

How often should an office be fumigated?
A dry office block usually holds on a quarterly cycle. Food handling and restaurants need monthly. Whatever the interval, the first follow-up should fall inside 21 days to catch the egg hatch — one visit against an established population is damage control, not treatment.
Do we have to leave the building during fumigation?
For a full treatment, yes, usually for a few hours. We schedule it for a Friday evening or a weekend so nobody loses a working day.
Do you bring your own materials?
Yes. Chemicals, machines and consumables. All of it is in the quote rather than billed as extras afterwards.
Can the crew work outside office hours?
Most of our cleaning already does. Tell us your opening hours and we roster around them.
What is the difference between a deep clean and the routine visit?
A deep clean gets under and behind things: machines on floors, glazing, sanitary descaling. The routine visit keeps that standard rather than recreating it every month.
