Why one visit rarely holds

Cockroach eggs are protected inside an ootheca that most contact chemicals will not penetrate. Treat an infestation on Monday and the survivors hatch across the following two to three weeks — usually worse, because the survivors were the resistant ones.

What we log

Every visit produces a treatment record: chemical used, dilution, areas covered, technician name, next scheduled date. You can hand it to a health inspector, and you can see whether the interval is working before the next outbreak tells you it is not.
